Life balance is the ongoing practice of intentionally focusing your time, energy, and attention across the areas of life that matter most—such as work, relationships, health, creativity, and personal growth. It’s not about perfect balance but about creating a sense of harmony and alignment that supports your overall well-being and fulfillment.
1. Fill out the Wheel of Life: Draw a circle and divide into eight areas of your life and using a scale from 0-10 rate each area to determine which are in-or-out of balance
2. Journal on the ideal scenario in each area of your life
3. Choose an area to work on that you would like to realign. Set goals and take one immediate action step, no matter how small, to set things into motion. Small steps everyday add up!
